All systems of the world showing their kinks

             The world we live in boasts about so many "systems" being in place to better the human life. Every country, Every state, Every district, Every town, Every village, Every community, Every friends circle, Every individual have their own idea about the best system. There is no collective agreement to any sort of the "best" system. When we use the word system, the few things which come to our mind are political and economical systems which are in turn made up of theological, business, ethnicity, history and other smaller systems which make up the political and economic system. Whenever people talk about a system they will be indirectly talking about the political and economical systems. Why do all these exist? Yes, you will tell me that these exist to keep the 1% continuously maintain their 1% by keeping the other 99% exactly where they are by giving them the illusion that they are indeed growing in all walks of life.

              The point of discussion is do the 1% who run and maintain the systems, understood them like the back of their hand? No. They dont understand the beast they have given birth to. The beast dont care whether you are the 1% or the 99%. It is just that the time taken by the beast to make them surrender. All the systems in the world cannot clearly define what is exactly required for the world to self-sustain. All the systems in the world dont know how to manage a calamity. All the systems dont know that for the 1% to stay there require the other 99% to exist. If we are left with only the 1% then there will be nothing left.

            All the systems in the world look good when the going is good. If the going gets tough all the systems become questionable. Every kink in the systems start leaking out. Every system starts blaming the other and starts exposing itself. One aspect is very clear. All the systems are in-sensitive to particular traits which belong to living biological organisms. Just because the system has appointed few institutions as living beings under the legal system does not classify them as a living/breathing biological organism. All the political and economic setup of the world cannot compensate for the hardships of the 99% toiling away so that the systems always run in profits. When the going is good, the 99% rarely ask to what happened to the profits. When there is a situation, that is when questions will be raised as to what happened to the profits. This is the time the systems in the world should know how to act and how to prioritize. This is the time the 1% should act and ensure that the 99% continue existing. It is pathetic that the Masters cannot bear the hardships of the people offering their services ever for two months. There have been people working for the same setup for several years and suddenly they become a liability.

              You cannot sell masks for ever if it is certain that all the people buying them will gradually cease to exist. It is high time, the systems/governments/corporations running the world, to pool their resources and provide them to that part of the 99% which can save the remaining 99.999999% of the living world. This is time for them to maintain normalcy in the world by doing things which would put the 99% thoughts to normal. Invest in keeping the 99% safe and then devising means to take in their service/efforts. It is time to stop the traditional mind set and device work cultures/work environments which look/appear and "do" the job of ensuring the health of the person providing his services. This is time to instill confidence in the workforce of the world by a radical shift in the way which the workforce works. Re-design the work areas/procedures to make it fool proof so that nobody gets affected just because he went to work. Ensure nobody is affected because he chose to work.

            I request all the systems in the world to protect the workforce. The workforce is what keeps the world ticking. The workforce feeds all the families in the world. The workforce is what ensures that there is a 1% in this systemic setup.

Should people work to live

There is one common thread in all of the world's religion. Work. Every living being has its purpose. This purpose is nothing but something to be done, work, again. All theologians talk about a super being and all the rules to worship that deity. They just differ in minor ways but the intent is to direct you towards an all encompassing entity. But, religion cannot exist out in thin air. It requires people, alive. How do you keep people alive. How do you provide for this. You make them work. Include passages/writings/rules in the framework which somehow tells this is one way to reach the one. In fact you can afford the path to the one only if you work. It is like a minimum requirement to be part of the religion. In fact work has created rifts among the people over the entire human history and continue to do so. With written knowledge now available to all the human beings, The classification is going to be different in the near future. We are going to have a world wherein everybody will be educated. There will no more be a situation where a select few can read the written knowledge being passed on from previous generations. Suddenly this generation can read all the knowledge generated over all the 20 centuries and is available to everybody with minimum effort. With this it will be difficult to get people to work based on old rules of caste/color/region etc. There have to be other means where you have to create dependency which in turn will force people to work willfully without knowing it. It will be more efficient compared to the older models where you forced them to work.

All the economic theories/political theories are not alien to it. In fact these ideologies talk about work in a direct sense. Working people is the basis of all the present economic/political frameworks. Even Marx's thoery starts and ends with work and workers. In fact it starts to quantify work in the best possible way. Ok...ok, I got it. You are telling me that there have been recent experiments where a minimum amount is paid as a "wage" and the individual is not required to work in the traditional sense. Why are the people in these experiments being paid. This is an ideology wherein the system is expecting contributions from the individual on his own. It is pressurizing the individual to contribute out of commitment by paying advance salary. It is a proven fact that actions/efforts happening unconsciously/willfully takes minimum effort of the brain. This arrangement of work can be utilized to increase the throughput of the effort required to complete a job.

Are we born to work. Should we work to survive. Are we not entitled to live on this planet without doing any work. Is minimum wage the answer for the 1% to keep the 99% working. Should the 99% work.

Wars are History

History as we have learned all along, builds on the various wars, innumerable wars which have been painstackingly documented. In fact, wars were fought to create/write history, to write one or get it written. It is again the 1% deciding the fate of the remaining 99%

It is only in recent times, that we have seen the common man, the front line soldier, rise up and question the logic of war. But, again, this percentage is very small and will be crushed by the vast majority which is schooled in various chauvinism's and cliche's.

I, Many times, I, had a thought, whilst watching films of the said great warriors, single handedly butchering people, that, this is in fact, bravery. Where do the meek stand in a war? Well, I am sorry, I don't have an answer for that. But I do know the answers I will get from chauvinists like "He could become the strategist", "He could be an archer", "He could cook" and the like. It is ultimately optimum utilization of all the 99%.

So, when will the 99% of the war contingents wake up and start thinking. They have to start now. Why Now?. Because we have to write history. The 99% should write history, not the 1%. It should be as varied as the 99% of the people. Now, is the time to write and represent all the 99% of the people who silently killed each other without asking a question. Now is the time to question the 1% of their decisions and actions. Now is the time to opt out of situations like war wherethe same species destroy each other. Every body of the 99% should write. If plants, animals, stones, planets, stars, could they should write now.

Major industries/governments in the world are thriving on the Nation/religion/color/race/language/area chauvinism. The 99% also have he responsibility of keeping that percentage to add on to the 1%. They should force the content in the 1% to join the 999% and create a uniform whole. How do they do it? They have to do it by talking, writing, each one of the 99%. Out of all this chaotic writing/thinking will emerge a pattern. A pattern which will bring out the human side of the world. A pattern which is homogeneous. A pattern which the 1% is always afraid of.

After all this, how would you identify the 1%. The answer is simple. The percentage whose action you have not questioned/is not questioned because of all the FUD is the 1%. Why should the 99% have FUD over this paltry 1%. The answer lies in the history, of politics and economics. The 1% is responsible for all the politics and it has the economy of all the 99% put together. Just enough is with the 99% to keep the 1% keep getting more of the economy.

Now, is the time for war. The 99% should now wage a war. Can they? Going by recent history an attempt towards this happened in the Russian revolution. The only fact I did not like about it is the method employed to overcome the 1%. Taking to arms and harming fellow species is not the method of the enlightened. They should talk and write. Coming back to the revolution, I would like to jump to the time where the workers ran the country with ethics drawn out of mutual agreement. It started well in the beginning, but failed to gather momentum because the political and economic experience was only with the 1%. Further in depth analysis is left to the reader. The present 99% should find out why this failed.

I am not telling that the Russian revolution and its model is the best. But I thought the mutual admiration, mutual help, self help and co-ordination is un-parallelled in history which always depended on some 1% like the kings to hold the country together.

All the meek, the strong, the intelligent, the everybody, the 99% have to make peace with the universe. Blend with the universe remove all the chauvinistic boundaries and become one with it. The universe as one in such a situation would shame the creator, if there is one.

We the people of the world, now will make history, voice and write our opinion. We will make history, which our further generations will be proud of. I, for one. would be proud, even if they think our efforts were primitive. Let this be the last war. The 99% winning over the 1%

Karl Marx said "Workers of the world unite". He wanted the 99% to have all that the 1% was having. I mean all. Cant we have a self sustaining universe sans the politics where everybody is free to do what he wishes, free from religion and geographical boundaries. The upgraded war call of Karl Marx can be taken as "Resources of the world unite"

P.S -> I am not suggesting that Marxism is the answer to the issue in question, in fact the last issue of the universe. I am not for any war which is traditional. This should be unique. It should be transformational. It should bring the 1% into the 99% and the collective one should become one with the universe.
